Monday, June 3, 2024 – MPG once again held its annual event, the Employee of the Year Award ceremony. This event is a manifestation of MPG's commitment to appreciating its best employees who have shown dedication, hard work, and extraordinary contributions over the past year.
The Employee of the Year 2023 event took place at MPG's head office located in Gunung Putri, Bogor. The event was attended by the board of directors and representatives from each plant, division, and department within MPG. The event was opened with expressed high appreciation and gratitude to the winners of MPG Employee of the Year and all MPG employees who have made significant contributions to MPG's progress from MPG Directors.
The following are the recipients of the Employee of the Year 2023 award:
- Kusna - FLMP Formulation Officer
- Jihan Sri Haryati - FLMP MMS Administrator
- Irwhan Saputra Wijaya - MNSA Transportation Forwarder Foreman
For Irwhan, this is his second time receiving the Employee of the Year award after winning it the previous year. In his speech, Irwhan shared his tips on how to become the Employee of the Year.
"First and foremost is to maintain health because to deliver the best performance, we also need to have a prime physical condition. The next important thing is to always ensure that the work done is completed well and meets the standards set by MPG, resulting in customer satisfaction."
MPG hopes that through the annual Employee of the Year award, all MPG personnel will be motivated to contribute and deliver their best work, so that together we can realize MPG's vision of becoming the largest and best extrusion aluminum company in Indonesia.
