Manufacturing Support Officer

Job Description:

1. Performing data retrieval and calculating the achievement of manufacturing KPIs.

2. Analyzing production achievement data and following up on action plans that are still open.

3. Analyzing material usage data and following up on action plans that are still open.

4. Assisting QC in the traceability and RCPS of customer complaints and following up on open corrective actions.

5. Analyzing spare part usage data and suggesting changes to spare part safety stock along with preventive maintenance schedules.

6. Generating ideas, developing, and implementing projects related to manufacturing improvement.

7. Analyzing OPEX historical data and assisting in the creation of manufacturing budgets.

Qualification

Minimum education: S1, Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.

Fresh graduate with internship experience or 1 year experience feel free to apply

Good communication and strong data

Placement: Gunung Putri, Bogor or Sentul, Bogor
