Established in 2001 in Bogor, West Java, MPG has grown into one of Indonesia’s integrated aluminium extrusion manufacturers, with an annual delivery capacity of more than 36,000 tons.
MPG’s product quality is built on an integrated manufacturing process from upstream to downstream, covering in-house billet melting, high-speed extrusion, and advanced powder coating and finishing. MPG’s powder coating facilities have an installed production capacity of up to 18,000 tons per year and are designed to provide durable surface protection against impact, corrosion, UV radiation, and various weather conditions. MPG operates both Vertical Powder Coating and Horizontal Compact lines to accommodate different profile sizes, geometries, and project requirements.
The Vertical Powder Coating Line enables profiles to be coated automatically and continuously in a vertical position. This configuration is particularly suitable for long profiles, helping minimize physical contact during the coating process while ensuring even powder distribution across the profile surface. Meanwhile, the Horizontal Compact Line provides greater flexibility for handling various profile geometries, specialized components, and customized project requirements.
For its application process, MPG’s powder coating lines utilize automated electrostatic spray systems from GEMA, Sweden. This technology enables precise and consistent film thickness control across the profile surface, including recessed and hard-to-reach areas. The automated system also helps minimize uneven coloration and surface defects such as runs, sagging, and orange peel, resulting in a smoother and more consistent finish.
MPG’s powder coating quality is further supported by its status as an AXALTA Approved Applicator since 2016. This partnership supports MPG in meeting technical specifications and application requirements for a wide range of projects, including commercial developments, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects. The architectural powder coatings used are also designed to help maintain color stability and gloss retention under prolonged exposure to sunlight and high-humidity conditions.
To accommodate diverse design requirements, MPG offers a range of standard colors, including White, Brown, Black, Grey, and Cream. MPG also provides custom color solutions based on the specifications of architects and project owners, with a focus on maintaining color consistency across production batches.

Forta is the premium range, featuring architectural aluminium profiles designed to deliver high durability and performance for a variety of applications, including prestigious developments and modern commercial buildings. Dacon provides an economical aluminium solution focused on efficiency and reliability for various construction needs. Meanwhile, Infinito combines the durability of aluminium with an elegant, natural wood grain appearance, offering the advantages of aluminium, including termite resistance and low maintenance requirements.
